Key Requirements

  • •Current or recent experience as an Outside Plant (OSP) Construction Manager or Construction Project Manager overseeing fiber construction projects.
  • •Experience managing multiple subcontractor crews in a telecommunications or utility construction environment.
  • •Proven FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) construction experience and experience with large-scale fiber deployment (20,000–50,000 homes passed).
  • •Experience managing a team of 3–5 supervisors and overseeing 15–25+ subcontractor crews.
  • •Strong knowledge of aerial and/or underground fiber construction methods and construction documentation (redlines, as-builts, production tracking, billing/invoicing).
