Customer Specialist

Support customers end-to-end across buying, selling, and servicing vehicles by guiding sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications. Perform vehicle condition and cosmetic inspections, help manage inventory check-in/scanning and reconciliation, and complete administrative tasks such as paperwork auditing and payment handling. Coordinate service appointments and ensure repair order invoices are accurate while following CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.
