Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and perform preventive maintenance in line with Epiroc OEM specifications.
  • •Support technical activities related to machine reliability, availability, and functionality with the customer planning/execution team.
  • •Supervise technical services in the field, manage technicians’ competence and training requirements, and oversee commissioning.
  • •Perform daily inspections, document deviations/problems/operator comments, and ensure rectifications are completed.
  • •Drive product safety campaigns, warranties, and technical upgrades across the site fleet, including coordination with parts/warehouse/VMI teams to maintain availability.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance management within mining or heavy industry environments.
  • •Extensive hands-on experience with underground mining equipment, including Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, and RCS.
  • •In-depth knowledge of heavy mining equipment such as drills, loaders, and trucks.
  • •Proven experience working with mining contractors and managing site-based maintenance operations.
