Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development of the underwriting strategy for Personal Lines (non-Motor and non-A&H) and oversee execution to deliver the required portfolio performance
  • •Manage the portfolio for non-Motor, non-A&H and support Personal Lines new product development
  • •Identify opportunities and risks, using data and insights to make informed decisions and implementing changes as needed to achieve desired outcomes
  • •Leverage knowledge of market trends and distribution dynamics, and design new products and services
  • •Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver the business objectives and ensure consistency with underwriting standards

Key Requirements

  • •Degree holder preferably with 5 years related working experience in insurance industry
  • •Familiar with a wide range of General Insurance products
  • •Insurance Professional Qualification is an added advantage
  • •Knowledge of GI underwriting and operations is highly preferred
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written English & Cantonese (Mandarin is highly preferred)
