General Manager - F&B

Lead the end-to-end operations of an F&B restaurant concept, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team development. Own revenue and profitability targets, manage P&L (labor, food cost, and expenses), and ensure brand standards, SOPs, and service excellence. Use business performance reporting to implement improvements, elevate guest satisfaction, and support new openings and expansion readiness while coordinating with culinary, marketing, finance, HR, and supply chain teams.
