Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide financial planning and analysis for Brand & Product business units (CGO) for the Tools & Outdoor organization, reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager.
  • •Analyze data and drivers behind results, delivering succinct performance summaries including full P&L, Sales & SGM, and category and brand reporting.
  • •Drive standardized reporting and process improvements impacting forecasting, operating plan, and quarterly reviews.
  • •Partner with brand teams globally to coordinate new product launches and build New Product Development forecasts, including commercial execution, investment strategies, and market trend implications.
  • •Support executive presentations (budget reviews, quarterly reviews, and strategic planning) and provide ad hoc support for Brand Finance leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with strong analytical skills, or 2+ years of finance or business-related experience.
  • •Proven problem-solving skills with strong oral and written communication and solid interpersonal skills.
  • •Ability to work across functions and generate recommendations before issues are presented to management.
  • •Self-driven analyst with strong attention to detail to synthesize many data points into cohesive executive reporting.
  • •Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Hyperion HFM and SAP (or equivalent); Power BI and/or Alteryx experience is a plus.
