Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor engineering teams on distributed microservices and full-stack systems to meet regulatory and business needs.
  • •Build and enhance internal tools, platforms, and AI-powered workflows (including Claude Code integrations and skills marketplaces) to accelerate delivery.
  • •Invest in developer tooling to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and overall developer experience.
  • •Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust, scalable AWS cloud solutions.
  • •Provide technical leadership across Agile teams by driving system design standards, operational excellence, and a “you build it, you own it” culture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 179,400 - 204,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 4 years of software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or virtualization technologies.
  • •Experience coding with more than two of: Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript (preferred).
  • •Experience with container orchestration and modern infrastructure (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AWS) (preferred).
