Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle partner relationships and drive growth and maximized profitability through partner programs and collaboration in NSW.
  • •Increase partner wallet share, revenue, and profitability while improving partner satisfaction and loyalty through GTM and architectural alignment.
  • •Develop recurring revenue streams for partners through new software and subscription models.
  • •Support partners transitioning to SaaS subscription models and the Cisco360 Partner Program.
  • •Engage with internal Cisco teams (National PAEs, Regional Managers, sales leaders, account teams, technical specialists) to create joint solutions and go-to-market strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a sales or account management role.
  • •Demonstrated ability in strategic stakeholder management and complex relationship building.
  • •Strong analytical skills and communication skills.
  • •Ability to collaborate with National PAEs to build trusted advisor relationships with Cisco partners across organizational levels.
  • •Advocate for partners internally by connecting them with sales leaders and internal teams, and drive partner enablement including certifications and Cisco Partner Programs.
