Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical oversight and subject-matter leadership for multi-site/phase due diligence, investigation, remediation, impact assessment, permitting, and engineering design and construction.
  • •Collect, compile, and analyze field and design data (site conditions, surveys, blueprints, GIS data, substation components) to support procurement package development and detailed design reviews.
  • •Coordinate, review, and approve electrical infrastructure design plans for mid-level and complex projects to ensure code, ordinance, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Perform and lead complex investigations and inspections (site conditions, facilities, substation layout, bus arrangement, grounding grid, lightning protection) to ensure conformance with rules and permits.
  • •Lead electrical engineering projects end-to-end, including supervising subcontractors and employees, preparing and monitoring budgets, and managing design and construction safety plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •10+ years of relevant post-education experience providing electrical engineering design deliverables for power generation, transmission, and distribution capital projects.
  • •Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
  • •Highly proficient with electrical engineering principles, infrastructure design, and compliance with relevant laws, codes, and regulations.
  • •Proficiency with technical writing and design software (e.g., CADD, Aspen, CAPE, ETAP, WIN IGS, Inventor, AutoCADD electrical) and delivering complex technical documentation and deliverables.
