Key Responsibilities

  • •Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of data center fit-out projects, managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • •Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and fulfillment of requirements.
  • •MEP Coordination: Collaborate closely with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams to ensure the integration of critical systems such as power distribution, HVAC, Life Safety and Commissioning.
  • •Controls Integration: Lead the integration of building management systems (BMS) and critical controls to optimize operational efficiencies, energy consumption, and environmental monitoring.
  • •Liquid Cooling Solutions: Implement and manage advanced cooling solutions, including liquid cooling systems, to enhance data center efficiency and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • •Experience as a Data Center Fit Out Project Manager or similar role.
  • •Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • •In-depth knowledge of MEP coordination, building management systems (BMS), and safety compliance.
  • •Experience managing budgets, schedules, and risk for complex construction projects.
