Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete prescribed training satisfactorily prior to end of program into appropriate center assignment.
  • •Complete additional training recommended by the manager during or after the program.
  • •Participate in business rotations, working on projects and business-as-usual activities to apply training concepts and meet rotational managers’ expectations.
  • •Perform special projects or assignments outside the formalized training program as assigned.
  • •Develop foundational credit knowledge and practical understanding of Wholesale Banking through rotations across Commercial & Middle Market Banking, Specialized Industries, and Wholesale Payments.

Key Requirements
