Supports and executes improvement projects and initiatives aligned with Leadership priorities to deliver tangible impact through excellence tools and methodologies. Develops and implements Continuous Improvement and Performance Management structures (Daily Management, Problem Solving) to enable operational excellence across cross-functional processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Supports execution of tangible performance and end-to-end process improvement projects using excellence tools and methodologies.
•Supports business process standardization and simplification initiatives using process analysis and optimization techniques to enhance efficiency and performance.
•Lead and strategize cross-function operating processes and drive efficiency.
•Manage 3rd party manpower and performance management including annual planning and budget management.
•Manage local internal operations including contract processes, government communication and employee engagement follow-up.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (minimum)
•Minimum 2 years of working experience in marketing, sales, or operation function
•Experience with KPI monitoring and reporting is preferred
•Experience with data management and regulatory compliance is preferred
•3rd party manpower management experience is a plus
