Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all project work to meet schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
  • •Balance interdependencies and business risks across product introduction activities.
  • •Ensure process capability alignment to quality standards and leverage DfMAT best practices.
  • •Lead and coordinate an operations project team (engineering, procurement, quality, logistics, catalog management, manufacturing) and act as Operations’ single point of contact.
  • •Drive product and manufacturing improvements, including DfMAT implementation, supply chain architecture impact, and execution of engineering changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience in Product Industrialisation, NPI, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
  • •Proven track record leading complex cross-functional projects in regulated industries.
  • •Experience driving NPI, LCM, product transfers, and engineering changes across global manufacturing sites.
  • •Strong stakeholder, risk, issue, and change management skills.
