Job Summary

Own product industrialization initiatives by planning and managing cross-functional work to deliver schedule, cost, and quality outcomes. Lead complex interdependencies and risks across engineering, procurement, quality, logistics, catalog management, and manufacturing. Drive DfMAT/DFM and first-time-right NPI, manage engineering changes, and support supply chain architecture and make/buy decisions. Report into the IGTS Product Industrialization leader and help establish continuous improvement through standardized procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage all project work to meet schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
•Balance interdependencies and business risks across product introduction activities.
•Ensure process capability alignment to quality standards and leverage DfMAT best practices.
•Lead and coordinate an operations project team (engineering, procurement, quality, logistics, catalog management, manufacturing) and act as Operations’ single point of contact.
•Drive product and manufacturing improvements, including DfMAT implementation, supply chain architecture impact, and execution of engineering changes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
•10+ years of experience in Product Industrialisation, NPI, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
•Proven track record leading complex cross-functional projects in regulated industries.
•Experience driving NPI, LCM, product transfers, and engineering changes across global manufacturing sites.
•Strong stakeholder, risk, issue, and change management skills.
