Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project management commissions from inception to delivery, ensuring objectives align with time, cost, quality and performance parameters.
  • •Act as the day-to-day client interface, maintaining definitions of project requirements and ensuring client objectives are met.
  • •Develop and maintain master project plans, schedules and budgets; manage resource plans and procurement.
  • •Lead cross-functional project teams and apply performance management techniques (KPIs) to improve outcomes.
  • •Interface with the client, other consultants, and stakeholders, and manage health, safety and environment considerations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading project management commissions and end-to-end service delivery on large or complex infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong client-facing skills with ability to manage expectations, communicate progress and issues clearly.
  • •Proven ability to prepare and maintain project definitions, schedules and budgets, and to establish project governance and performance metrics (KPIs).
  • •Experience in risk management, change control, and procurement/resource planning.
  • •Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders, with familiarity of health, safety and environmental considerations.
