Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day test lab operations including access control, safety practices, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • •Configure and maintain lab workstations, benches, racks, and test setups for hardware and/or software validation.
  • •Coordinate calibration, repair, and preventive maintenance for lab equipment and instrumentation.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory using an asset-tracking system and implement check-in/check-out processes for lab assets and test equipment.
  • •Provide hands-on support for board bring-up, system integration, and maintain lab documentation including equipment lists and inventory shipment between sites.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,770 - 121,320 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a hardware or system test environment, ideally in semiconductors, embedded systems, or electronics manufacturing.
  • •Hands-on experience using common lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, DMMs, protocol analyzers, and signal generators.
  • •Experience managing lab infrastructure and inventory, including asset tracking tools and basic procurement workflows.
  • •Experience supporting cross-functional engineering teams and multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • •Knowledge of ESD handling, lab safety standards, and best practices for handling sensitive electronic components.
