Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Meet individual and store sales goals through clienteling, cross-selling, and upselling, using mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection. Maintain a high-energy, collaborative floor presence while staying adaptable to a fast-paced retail schedule.
