Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical care sites, and key stakeholders within the assigned territory.
  • •Serve as a primary source of balanced medical and scientific information and comply with scientific exchange and HCP inquiries.
  • •Develop and implement a territory-specific medical plan, aligned with medical affairs strategy and evidence generation needs.
  • •Lead strategic planning and execution for scientific congresses, including post-congress analysis and executive summaries.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally on research initiatives and mentor/support peer MSLs.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced healthcare degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or other) or other degree with relevant experience considered.
  • •MSL: at least 2 years in a clinical patient care, medical affairs, or field medical role with a record of high performance.
  • •Senior MSL: 4+ years in medical affairs or field medical experience with a record of high performance.
  • •Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage in scientific dialogue and present complex information clearly.
  • •Understanding of clinical research and pharmaceutical product development processes, plus proven cross-functional collaboration and independence.
