Job Summary

Ensure smooth show and event productions by handling technical stage tasks such as load-in/load-out, cabling, band set changes, signage updates, and coordinating band back-of-house needs. Maintain and repair sound, lighting, and stage equipment, keep stage areas safe and clean, and support audio/lighting crews under direction from the Stage Manager or PM. Operate and care for stage areas while assisting with special events as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform load-in and load-out of band equipment and rental equipment.
•Assist audio and lighting crews with cabling and related setup as directed by the Stage Manager or PM.
•Perform band set changes and ensure band members have needed items to perform.
•Maintain and secure house backline, supplies, and staging items such as curtains, drapes, and risers.
•Maintain stage areas in a safe, clean manner, including signage updates and stage cleanup for the next show.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.9 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experience.
•Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems, and basic video systems.
•Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
•Proficiency with all Microsoft applications.
•Must be able to move up to 75 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
