Key Responsibilities

  • •Support execution of the QMS and coordinate resources and prioritization to complete internal and external audits.
  • •Drive QMS software implementation and adoption across Anduril sites, including coordination and task tracking.
  • •Partner with business systems, product quality engineers, and manufacturing engineers to prepare new processes and digital tools to meet QMS requirements.
  • •Contribute to the internal QMS roadmap for tools and capabilities as the company scales.
  • •Participate in the QMS internal auditor process and support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and QMS training modules.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in aerospace and/or defense manufacturing.
  • •Working knowledge of QMS requirements and auditing using one or more standards such as ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D, AS9110C, AS9120B, AS6500, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 13485:2016, or TL 9000 R6.3.
  • •Familiarity with QMS software solutions including Net Inspect, Siemens, SAP, ETQ, One Factory, MasterControl, Compliance Quest, Hexagon, PTC, or QT9.
  • •Exposure to data analytics platforms, reporting tools, and basic data visualization.
  • •Understanding of ERP, PLM, and BI systems, and familiarity with organizations involved in audits.
