Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Account Managers to translate customer needs into functional system designs.
  • •Participate in client discussions to explain design concepts and demonstrate how proposed systems meet requirements.
  • •Create detailed system documentation (BOMs, conceptual block diagrams, infrastructure plans, and scopes of work) and maintain design standards packages.
  • •Assess project risks, site conditions, scheduling requirements, and dependencies; coordinate with vendors, architects, consultants, and contractors.
  • •Support project teams during implementation as the “design authority” and provide technical input as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to identify and address risks effectively and deliver accurate work.
  • •Experience conveying technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences (clients, project managers, field teams).
  • •Strong understanding of IP networking (topologies, AVoIP, and network design architecture) and AV/IT industry standards (AVIXA, ANSI/TIA).
  • •Proficiency designing and configuring AV systems, including CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu) and infrastructure requirements (power, data, conduit).
  • •Two (2) or more relevant audio/DSP certifications (e.g., Biamp, Q-SYS, BSS, Extron, Shure) and full working rights in Singapore; visa sponsorship not available.
