Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and opportunities (R&O), and estimate at completion (EAC) in collaboration with CAM and CPTL.
  • •Coordinate with NASAMS Software Product Owners to plan and execute scope using agile methodologies.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders (Chief Product Owner, Systems Engineering, Systems Integration and Test, and Life-Cycle Engineering) to align execution plans.
  • •Represent Software Engineering in program meetings such as Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), and gate reviews.
  • •Provide ad-hoc support for program proposals and related documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in STEM and 8 years or prior relevant experience.
  • •Experience with agile development frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe.
  • •Experience leading and mentoring agile software teams.
  • •Experience in full life-cycle software management, from requirements analysis to delivery (preferred).
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
