Director, Investor Relations

Lead investor relations strategy by communicating the company’s financial performance and equity story to analysts and institutional investors. Oversee quarterly earnings release and investor presentation materials, maintain key stakeholder relationships, and monitor market and investor sentiment to advise senior leadership and the board. Ensure compliance with SEC filings and Regulation-FD requirements, and partner with finance, legal, and communications while leading and developing the investor relations team.
