Workplace: Onsite
Employment Type: Full time
Job Function: Communications, PR & Community

Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Test Manufacturing, Product Engineering, and Design Engineering to provide test guidance that improves product quality and yield.
  • •Develop new DFT and architectures to enhance test capability and support future quality, yield, and test time improvements.
  • •Debug and identify root causes of failures using data, electrical, and physical analysis; update testing strategies to improve quality and yield.
  • •Facilitate test time improvements through flow and pattern optimization for Micron DRAM module compatibility with 3rd party active chips.
  • •Act as an SME for module operation issues and collaborate with MDG, SCG, DFT, and TSE groups to differentiate module vs. system/DRAM issues and drive root-cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to learn module operation details and provide technical contributions to improve test capability.
  • •Understanding of DRAM operation and signal integrity concepts, with the ability to read schematics and data sheets for non-DRAM active devices.
  • •Experience with coding/programming skills (Perl, Unix, Batch, Python, C/C++ etc.) to develop test code for automated test equipment (ATE).
  • •Knowledge of DRAM module testing techniques, plus familiarity with data mining and statistics.
  • •BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent).
