Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage design and implementation of technology lifecycles and technical artefacts to meet ADCB engineering standards, including reusable design patterns and components.
  • •Oversee day-to-day implementation of technology and digital strategy roadmaps, working with Platforms, Chapters, and Tribes to deliver prioritized initiatives on time.
  • •Lead data-driven performance improvement by producing reporting and insights; mentor and coach engineers to modernize skills and embed best practices.
  • •Drive engineering change control, testing, incident management, troubleshooting, and release management with engineering teams and squads.
  • •Coordinate with external vendors to ensure services meet SLAs and TATs, manage remediation for variances, and work with solution architects to address technical debt.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree mandatory in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •8–10 years’ experience in enterprise IT systems/infrastructure engineering, with 3–5 years in a leadership or senior technical role overseeing project delivery and team performance.
  • •Experience with incident, change, and release management in an ITIL-aligned environment.
  • •Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Relevant industry certifications strongly preferred (e.g., ITIL, Cloud AWS/Azure, VMware Certified Professional, Cisco/Networking), plus formal leadership/project management certification if available (e.g., PMP).
