Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-quality service and support throughout completion of Managed Services projects.
  • •Act as the primary contact for Workiva products and services, resolving moderate issues and escalating complex ones.
  • •Manage a book of business via regular checkpoints and develop meaningful client relationships.
  • •Obtain client feedback and share it with internal teams including sales, marketing, and R&D.
  • •Train customers on how to use the Workiva platform and design/execute onboarding project plans for Capital Markets customers, including coordinating filing processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
  • •2+ years of customer service, account management, project management, or equivalent experience focused on communication and influencing others.
  • •Experience in the accounting/finance industry.
  • •Familiarity with Capital Markets processes and filings.
  • •Proficiency using the Workiva platform and tools including Google Drive, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Gainsight.
