Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Campaigns & Budget: Oversee a substantial UA budget across channels like TikTok, Google, Meta and any channels that work best in your market. You will make hourly, data-driven decisions to maximize efficiency and volume.
  • •Analyze Creative Performance: You will act as the bridge between data and content. You will analyze creative performance to identify trends and provide the content team with actionable feedback on what resonates in your market.
  • •Own Market Strategy: You will define the growth roadmap for your specific country, ensuring alignment between paid acquisition, creative production, and local activations.
  • •Monitor Market Trends: Not only will you stay ahead of competitor strategies and emerging trends within your specific region, but you’ll be so obsessed that locals would think you’re from the market you’re covering.
