Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage a team of silicon design engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
•Define and drive the verification strategy for SOC projects, ensuring alignment with program milestones and cross-functional teams.
•Oversee development of verification environments and testbenches, including UVM-based methodologies, to validate processor micro-architectures and power management features.
•Collaborate with RTL, DFT, PD, and SOC teams across geographies to ensure smooth execution and issue escalation.
•Interact with internal/external customers/partners, manage escalations, and prepare for executive reviews to communicate project status and risks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering/electrical engineering
•Experience leading a silicon engineering/verification team and delivering complex projects
•Hands-on verification experience with C/C++ and SystemVerilog testbenches (UVM)
•Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills with ability to interface with internal/external stakeholders
•Experience with SOC verification, design-for-test (DFT), and collaboration across multi-geography teams
