Senior Business & Female Proposition Manager

Lead the Women in Wealth proposition for HSBC Private Bank, shaping global strategy and driving consistent implementation. Partner with Private Banking and Group stakeholders to deliver products, services, and capabilities for female clients, using deep insight and segmentation. Act as strategic enablement for Distribution leadership (“chief of staff”), including roadmaps and exec updates, and lead business performance through an offshore team with budgeting, forecasting, and risk/control governance.
