Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Lead Document Management lead with day-to-day project information management activities.
  • •Read and implement project-specific information management procedures and work instructions; create work instructions when needed.
  • •Communicate document management solutions and concepts to the project team and report information management issues or improvements.
  • •Track, log, distribute, archive, index, and release internal/external documentation accurately and on time (including metadata).
  • •Support training needs for EDMS and participate in project documentation audits; prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Document Management experience with a major contractor or consultant.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent diploma.
  • •Good knowledge of EDMS software, MS Office, and Adobe.
  • •Hands-on EPC project execution experience in the Oil and Gas contracting industry.
  • •Certified iDocs Trainer (preferable) and strong communication/business acumen with decision-making ability.
