Resident Engineer

Manage and administer construction contracts for wastewater infrastructure projects while partnering closely with the Construction Manager, contractor project teams, and plant operations. Lead quality assurance activities, oversee field operations to keep schedules on track, and direct site staff including assistant resident engineers and inspectors. Monitor progress against the CPM schedule, address construction problems with corrective actions, coordinate with outside agencies and utilities, and ensure required safety procedures and inspection documentation are completed.
