Key Responsibilities

•Efficiently and accurately perform teller functions, including processing deposits/withdrawals, loan payments, and cashing negotiable instruments.
•Balance cash daily, detect and resolve discrepancies promptly, and follow teller procedures and compliance requirements.
•Operate the online teller terminal and maintain customer privacy while resolving client requests and inquiries promptly.
•Sells bank products and services to meet customer needs, strengthen relationships, and support business development efforts.
•Complete required reports and records accurately and promptly; assist with training/orientation, and perform assigned duties such as night drop and clerical tasks.

Key Requirements

•High school graduate or equivalent.
•At least one year of related experience/cash handling required; previous teller experience preferred.
•Understanding of bank operations preferred.
•Good communication skills, professional appearance/dress/attitude, and good math skills.
•Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment (e.g., adding machine, typewriter, copy machine, coin and money counting machines, telephone).
