Journeyman Electrician

Lead and support a residential solar installation crew by providing electrical leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on work. Ensure safety, quality, customer service, and productivity across assigned projects, including organizing and training team members, managing construction workflow, and maintaining required documentation and photos. Apply knowledge of OSHA and NEC standards, coordinate materials and equipment, check installer progress throughout installations, and perform service calls as needed.
