Job Summary

Collaborate with consumer research, R&D, and engineering to compile and evaluate research that informs future footwear product requirements. Identify enhancements to current products and support the product development team with testing strategies spanning pricing, product design, marketing, advertising, and packaging. Work within established processes, solve similar problems using basic analysis, and help meet targets through planned execution and periodic review.

•Collaborate with consumer research, R&D, and engineering to support footwear product development.
•Compile and evaluate research on future product requirements.
•Identify enhancements to current products.
•Assist product development testing strategies, including pricing, product design, marketing, advertising, and packaging.
•Plan own work, assess progress, and adjust efforts to meet short-term team goals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent years of experience in a similar industry).
•One year of related experience preferred.
•Strong written and oral communication skills.
•Proficient PC skills.
•Good knowledge of a single specialist area through prior study or experience.
