Global Sourcing Leader

Lead the development and continuous improvement of global sourcing strategies at the business level. Manage and develop a global team of sourcing leaders, partnering across the sourcing organization to deliver supply strategies. Own supplier performance (cost, quality, lead time, OTD, responsiveness), innovate contracts and solutions to improve customer value, and drive process redesigns using KPIs, dashboards, and strategic projects.
