Key Responsibilities

  • •Mentor and lead the execution of the local engineering group in support of the Operations/Engineering Manager.
  • •Provide guidance to engineers and coach team members to meet goals via daily huddles and consistent communication.
  • •Support engineering leadership with establishing departmental goals, objectives, and operating procedures; conduct frequent spot checks for accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • •Review pre-construction design and documentation, technical design, and pricing as needed; translate customer requirements into functional system designs.
  • •Meet with vendors to evaluate products and serve as a customer liaison for engineering inquiries and post-sales project consultation; maintain technical documentation and system administration scheduling/resources.
