Execute on Truist Mortgage LOB strategic plans through effective coaching, recruiting, retention, and team development. Drive sales through strategic relationship management of internal and external referral partners and coordinate with internal Truist teams. Ensure compliance with lending policies, government regulations, secondary market and quality control requirements, while improving client digital experience and staying current on local market trends.
