Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate the financial potential of new programs (e.g., NPD, Productivity, GSC initiatives) using models to drive prioritization based on payback/returns and resource utilization.
  • •Support engineering planning rhythms by delivering Asia engineering-specific insights to help projects land on time, quality, and budget.
  • •Manage key financial deliverables across annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, monthly business reviews, the 3-year strategic plan, and executive meetings.
  • •Serve as finance liaison with Tools & Outdoor FP&A, Brand Finance, and GSC Finance, and partner on ad-hoc requests and special projects.
  • •Transform finance by developing new processes to improve Engineering ROI transparency and drive finance function efficiency/effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •4-7 years of relevant financial experience with a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • •High business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Experience prioritizing across multiple deliverables and project-managing initiatives, including developing new financial processes.
  • •Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • •Working knowledge of ERPs and financial reporting systems (BA&R, HFM) and PowerBI.
