Key Responsibilities

•Build and run cross-team planning cadence for quote-to-cash with a shared roadmap, DRIs, sequenced dependencies, and a single source of truth on priorities and status.
•Drive highest-priority cross-team programs end to end, from scoping and tradeoff decisions through delivery across engineering, GTM systems, deal desk, order management, accounting, and legal.
•Own SOX readiness for quote-to-cash systems, including gap closure, control design, evidence collection, and coordination with internal audit.
•Manage technical dependencies across the stack spanning CPQ, contract data model, provisioning automation, billing platform, and related integrations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 290,000 - 365,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of technical program management experience building cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments.
•Technical depth in enterprise systems integration, including CPQ, ERP, billing, and provisioning platforms, plus tradeoffs between SaaS configuration and custom builds.
•Experience running compliance or audit-readiness programs (SOX, SOC, or similar) with control design and evidence collection.
•Ability to build trust with engineers, finance and accounting partners, sales operations, legal, and executives, and translate between groups.
•Ability to thrive while the operating model is still being defined and help shape it.
