Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex, transformational customer programs and steer to defined project outcomes.
  • •Plan, schedule, and manage timelines, activities, and delivery through training to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet requirements.
  • •Manage resources, scope, and budget across multiple projects with detailed plans focused on speed to delivery.
  • •Collaborate with customer senior executives, process owners, and technical teams; act as primary point of contact for feature requests and escalation.
  • •Maintain project status in Celonis systems and proactively manage and escalate risks/issues internally and with customer sponsors, mentoring implementation teams to follow Celonis methodology.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in German and client-facing project management experience in enterprise software implementations, including managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • •Extensive experience planning, scheduling, and managing project timelines and activities from kick-off through training while meeting customer requirements.
  • •Strong communication skills with a background in consulting and stakeholder management, including problem resolution with customers and Celonis executives.
  • •Experience in managing consulting teams both onshore and offshore, plus positioning Services, writing proposals, and creating “statement of works.”
  • •Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, or Safe/Agile) and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
