Job Summary

Own the development and implementation of Total Rewards strategies as a subject matter expert. Perform job evaluation, market benchmarking, salary analysis, cost modeling, and analytics to recommend improvements to compensation policies and practices. Support total reward plans including salary/benefits structure, incentives, recognition, and benefit costing while ensuring internal equity, affordability, and compliance through risk identification, audits, and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the design, development, and execution of Total Reward plans and programs, including salary and benefits policy/structure, incentives, recognition, and benefit costing.
•Conduct salary analysis to monitor the consistency and effectiveness of compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures.
•Perform job evaluation and market research/benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning and internal equity, including proposing market adjustments.
•Ensure compliance with Total Rewards Strategy by identifying risks, developing audit methodologies, evaluating results, and delivering corrective actions.
•Provide expert guidance on total reward programs, variable pay, pay equity, rewards and recognition, and benefits plans; conduct qualitative/quantitative analysis and monitoring of pay/benefit trends and regulatory changes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree and/or Professional Qualification.
•Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years relevant experience.
•Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and compensation software to manage compensation data and reporting.
•Strong analytical skills for evaluating compensation data, conducting market analysis, and recommending salary structures and incentive plans.
•ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills; knowledge of employee relations and employment law for compliance and fairness.
