Lead Warehouse Associate

Lead daily pick-and-pack operations and supervise associates in the warehouse. Oversee core distribution tasks including receiving, verifying, staging, stocking, and outbound shipping checks against picking documents. Assist with training, mentoring, and development while maintaining a clean, organized, secure, and safe work environment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and PPE, including safety harness use, and support efficient warehouse operations using WMS and RF scanning (preferred).
