Lead the pre-opening launch and ongoing performance of two NH Collection Sydney venues: a Spanish fine dining restaurant and SEEN Rooftop Bar. Own strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial results while building and mentoring a high-performing Food & Beverage leadership team. Establish service standards, implement training and operational systems, and partner closely with the Executive Chef to deliver an elevated, world-class guest experience in Sydney’s competitive hospitality market.
