Personal Banker Associate I - Charlotte East

Partner with customers to understand their financial needs using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment. Build product knowledge across retail consumer and small business offerings, cross-sell to existing customers, and proactively reach out using CAMP and approved marketing tools. Support outside sales efforts, collaborate with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment), and help meet customer experience and production goals while processing teller transactions as part of the platform staff.
