Lead day-to-day lands and right-of-way (ROW) activities for major pipeline projects, overseeing work plans, cost estimates, and schedules to keep delivery on budget and on time. •Supervise day-to-day lands and ROW personnel to complete responsibilities within budget and on schedule, including work plans, cost estimates, and schedules.
•Implement and monitor ROW, permit, and land activity policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.
•Provide oversight and guidance on land acquisition, including condemnation, landowner compensation, and property damage claims.
•Develop and oversee strategies to acquire land, compensate landowners, and obtain land-related permits.
•Provide leadership, strategic direction, and conduct performance appraisals for direct reports.
