  • •Lead and direct the time & attendance and payroll service.
  • •Manage the payroll team to ensure payroll delivery meets customer expectations and service level agreements.
  • •Oversee day-to-day payroll processes for timely and accurate payroll service aligned to HR policies and performance requirements.
  • •Ensure training and development for knowledge transfer and ongoing operational resilience.
