•Manage regional promotional budgets and ensure investments align with approved guidelines.
•Develop District Manager scorecards and run monthly performance huddles and annual reviews.

Salary: CAD 90,200 - 112,800

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience with team management, preferably in beverage alcohol or CPG sales.
•University degree or equivalent work experience.
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills for coaching and mentoring others.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
•Ability to travel as required with a valid driver’s license.
