Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive Ripple’s PQC program execution end-to-end, including inventory, risk prioritization, tradeoff analysis, and migration execution toward end-of-2028 readiness.
  • •Stand up and own a cross-org PQC working group with named owners across XRPL Core, Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, Platform, and InfoSec.
  • •Align with vendors and partners (custody partners, exchanges, payment processors, HSM vendors) to ensure compatible PQC roadmaps and escalate gaps.
  • •Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and manage risks proactively, raising issues strategically and making data-driven decisions.
  • •Communicate program status, risk, and progress to engineering leadership and exec sponsors via dashboards and coordinate testing/release dependencies across teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 216,000 - 270,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of technical program management experience across sophisticated enterprise environments with cross-functional teams.
  • •Solid understanding of cryptographic fundamentals (asymmetric/symmetric ciphers, hashing, digital signatures) to synthesize technical tradeoffs with engineering and InfoSec.
  • •Strong PQC/cryptographic migration or security/compliance-driven technical program exposure is a plus.
  • •Ability to use data and analytics to track trends and project/system health.
  • •Experience with Jira and Confluence, plus proficiency in Google Sheets; experience architecting/designing reliable scalable systems is preferred.
