Key Responsibilities

  • •Enable next-generation DRAM in the manufacturing fab by ramping production yield and delivering high-quality DRAM products to customers.
  • •Analyze electrical test data and provide feedback/actions with the process integration team.
  • •Drive improvements in device performance and reliability by proposing and/or running DOE on silicon.
  • •Perform device characterization and deep-diving to diagnose performance and reliability issues.
  • •Monitor and maintain device performance on the production line and ensure specifications meet production grade needs.
