Key Responsibilities

  • •Own UX for the core app surfaces across iOS, Android, and web.
  • •Design end-to-end user flows for AI-assisted tasks, including handoff, progress tracking, and error recovery.
  • •Design how the app surfaces what the AI is doing and what the user needs to confirm or adjust.
  • •Map and design the full range of AI states users encounter (e.g., loading, thinking, acting, failing, and recovering).
  • •Collaborate with product, engineering, and ML teams and produce wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs for build-ready implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a UX designer on consumer mobile or web apps, with a strong portfolio.
  • •Solid skills in user flow design, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping in Figma.
  • •Ability to design for asynchronous, non-deterministic, and context-dependent systems.
  • •Clear thinking about user trust, control, feedback, and transparency in AI-driven product experiences.
  • •Experience conducting user research and turning findings into design decisions.
