Job Summary

Support the Planning & Allocation team in driving product allocation and replenishment across factory outlet stores and the franchise network. Help manage assortment optimization, initial allocation loads, and daily/weekly allocation catch-ups to ensure the right products are available where and when customers need them. Collaborate closely with planners, traders, and district managers, and assist with reporting, market feedback analysis, and Excess/Obsolete analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure correct product allocation and work with planners and traders to optimize assortment to meet market needs, including FO reporting and ad hoc analysis.
•Maintain optimal replenishment and stock levels for Apparel and ACC across stores, including bi-weekly VMI runs and required setups/maintenance.
•Execute Initial Allocations loads in line with range plans and store grading, and support daily/weekly allocation catch-up for replenishment and fulfillment.
•Collaborate end-to-end with Traders to maintain a high service level to stores, including working with Trading Lead and District Managers for local market feedback.
•Assist with ad-hoc merchandise planner analysis and support Excess and Obsolete analysis, using market feedback to inform replenishment strategy for E&O allocation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 1,200 - 1,300 monthly

Key Requirements

•Technical proficiency with computer tools and the ability to learn quickly (SAP / Power BI / Looker a plus).
•Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.
•Strong analytical/problem-solving skills to identify and communicate implications from consumer/internal/marketplace information.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
•Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication in English.
